• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 jar Old El Paso Taco Sauce
• 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
• 1 can creamed corn
• 3 cups mild cheddar cheese

Brown Ground beef and onion in skillet until browned.  Drain off grease.  Add taco sauce and simmer. Mix Jiffy Corn Bread Mix per box instructions, add creamed corn.

Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam. Pour 1/2 corn bread mixture into pan.  Spread meat mixture over corn bread mixture. Top with cheese ( 2 cups). Cover cheese with remaining corn bread mix.  Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. (Top with additional 1 cup cheese during last 5 minutes of baking if desired).
